Vintage Fair Isle Cap Details
- Light blue knit cap with brim.
- Dark blue and white fair isle design in a circular pattern.
- Large light blue pom on the top.
- Cap stretches to fit most.
- Fair Isle is a traditional knitting technique used to create patterns with multiple colors. The design takes its name after Fair Isle, one of the Shetland Islands. Traditional patterns have a limited palette of five or so colors, use only two colors per row, are worked in the round, and limit the length of a run of any color.
