Lovely 60s Sakowitz cream cardigan with large embroidered roses.

  • Cream wool sweater.
  • Intricately embroidered roses on front and back.
  • Cream satin piping on collar, lapels, hem, and wrists.
  • Nine hook and eye closures.
  • White nylon lining for ultimate comfort.

Sakowitz was an upscale department store chain headquartered in Houston.  Started in 1902 by Bernard Sakowitz, the chain at its height, the regional chain had 18 stores.
