Items are normally shipped within five business days. Occasionally, there may be an issue with shipping times. If so, we will let you know right away. Clothing and accessories ship by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, based on the best price. Jewelry ships First Class Insured. Every shipment has a tracking number.
Overseas orders ship International First Class. International buyers handle all customs duties. PLEASE NOTE effective July 1, 2021, EU members are charged VAT taxes based on the specific country’s tax rates at the time of importation.
A Sales Tax of 7% is charged for items mailed within the state of Georgia
International Orders:
We love international buyers and ship all over the world. We work to find the cheapest solution to get your purchases to you. Items are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Insured.
Allow 4 – 6 weeks for shipments to Europe. Allow 6 – 8 weeks for all other countries.
Some international destinations are not available.
*Overseas customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on packages. Madge has no control over the fees assessed by your home country.
Also, please be advised that we will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a “gift” on customs forms. Refunds do not include customs or duty fees. NO REFUNDS on overseas packages that are refused due to customs fees so please understand your country’s fees before purchase.
EU buyers who purchase goods from outside the EU will be charged VAT by your Customs Agency if the total cost of the goods is over their VAT import threshold. Please check with your Customs Department for the amount of that threshold.
UK BUYERS – Customs duties will be charged to you for any items over £15. You will also be assessed an additional £8 handling charge by Royal Mail which is added to any customs fees. Packages are held by Royal Mail until you pay the total fee. Payment may be made online.
Layaway:

Items may put on hold for a customer for 24 hours. A 20% refundable deposit is requested to hold items longer. Layaway through PayPal is available on any item.
Unless specific stated, the age of each piece is an educated guesstimate. Pieces are not attributed to a specific company or designer unless stated in the description.
Vintage pieces are not perfect. Even in excellent condition there will be some wear. Please be sure to treat your vintage gently. Some of these pieces are over 70 years old. All items have been previously used. No warranties are made on how long these pieces will last or their resale value.
