About Sarah Coventry
Sarah Coventry emerged as a jewelry brand shortly after Lyman K. Stuart founded Emmons Home Fashions in 1948, later renamed Emmons Jewelry, Inc., in honor of his mother, Caroline Emmons Stuart. Named after Stuart’s granddaughter, Sarah Coventry Beale (or possibly his daughter, as some references claim), the line offered more affordable designs than Emmons.
Both lines were showcased at home parties, featuring coordinated jewelry sets, gaining popularity through the 1950s and 1960s. Despite Emmons’s bankruptcy in 1981, Sarah Coventry remained available through home parties for a few years.

Clothing and accessories ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the best option based on price and insurance. Jewelry ships either First Class or Priority. For overseas orders, we use International First Class. Please refer to our Shipping Information for detailed rates.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties. PLEASE NOTE: Starting July 1, 2021, EU members will incur VAT taxes based on the specific country’s tax rates during importation.
