About Bubble Berets
Bubble hats, or bubble toques and berets, are balloon-shaped hats, popular in the 1950s and 1960s, which were often covered with “all-over” feathers. The 1950s examples had crowns of medium diameter — just an inch or so larger than the circumference of the head. In the 1960s, they grew huge for maximum impact.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HAT SIZE
HOW TO FIND YOUR HAT SIZE
- Pull a fabric tape measure or length of string around your head just slightly above the ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head.
- Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You are measuring your head exactly where the hat will sit in either inches or centimeters.
- If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
